We're currently hiring Full Time Cleared Security Officers TS/SCI FSP in Manassas, VA.

What You'll Do:

As an SCIS Security Officer, you'll serve as the first line of defense at a high-priority client site -conducting patrols, monitoring irregularities, maintaining order, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. This role demands professionalism, alertness, and integrity shift.

Shift: 0700-1500 Monday – Friday OR 1500-2300 Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: Full time

CI Poly $39/hr with $4,000 annual retention bonus after FSP is received

FSP $42/hr with $4,000 hiring bonus & $4,000 annual retention bonus ($2,000 paid every 6 months)

Pay: Part time

CI Poly $39/hr with $1,000 retention bonus every 6 months after FSP is received

FSP $42/hr with $2,000 annual retention bonus, ($1,000 paid every 6 months)

What We're Looking For:

· U.S. Citizenship

· At least 18 yrs of age

· Valid driver's license w/ a clean driving record

· At least 1 yr of experience in security, military, or law enforcement

· Active DoD TS/SCI W/ Poly Clearance and be crossover eligible

· Must be willing to take Full Scope Polygraph, if you currently have CI poly, we are not able to sponsor polygraphs

· Ability to obtain DCJS guard card
