Security Account Manager
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Pay: $34.00/hour
Shift: Monday- Friday 0700-1600

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Account Manager to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
- US citizenship
- Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and 1 year of Supervisory Experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must have or be able to obtain an Armed Guard Card
- Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
