SCIS is seeking a dynamic, Cleared Security Supervisor to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area in Hanover, MD. This position is ideal for a solid leader with an active NSA TS/SCI clearance, security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
- US citizenship
- Current, Active TS/SCI Security Clearance issued by the NSA
- CI POLY preferred
- 2 years of prior of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
- 1 year of previous Supervisory experience
- Must have or be able to obtain an MD Guard Card
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
