Securit Metal Products Co. is seeking a Cold Header Operator for 1st Shift to join our team! We are a 71 year-old manufacturer of high quality, custom fasteners located in Dowagiac, MI. Specific duties:
- Follow all procedures and work instructions.
- Check and record quality per customer specifications.
- Maintain good production numbers with low scrap.
- Keep machines and work area clean.
- Follow Safety Rules.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical field highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Math Skills
