We specialize in providing consistent support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses, whether they live with family, in group homes, or other residential settings.

We're seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality care and skill-building support to individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Mental Health Disorders, and/or Substance Use Disorders. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build independence and live meaningful lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and daily living assistance to individuals in home and community settings.
- Support the development of motor, communication, socialization, and adaptive skills.
- Assist with personal self-care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Implement and document active treatment and skill-building goals.
- Complete electronic documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist with medication management in accordance with agency policy and training.
- Provide feeding and meal preparation support.
- Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate social behaviors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure individualized and person-centered care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent necessary
- At least one-year experience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is preferred
- Use of a reliable Motor Vehicle
- Successful results of Health Care Registry Check
- Criminal Background Check is a Requirement of Employment
