Site Supervisor (Baltimore)

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Project Manager, this is a uniformed security supervisor position charged with providing oversight of security operations and leadership to security personnel assigned to a security program in the Baltimore Region. The standard duty hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, including public holidays, with requirements for immediate accessibility and availability during off hours, as situation dictates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience managing a 24/7 security program
• High School Diploma with some college education (Highly Desirable)
• Prior experience with weekly workforce scheduling and employee payroll required
• Demonstrated ability to enforce Post Orders, along with policies and procedures, that impact business results
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function as a self-sustained Site Supervisor with corporate support, but minimal supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as requested or required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook are also required;
• Position requires a personable individual who is capable of professionally relating to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds.
