Role Description
This is a full-time field operations role for an Operations Manager based in Fort Washington, MD. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of security operations, managing staffing schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position includes creating and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues efficiently, and leading a team to ensure optimal service delivery. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational processes is also a key aspect of this role.
