Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily escrow operations across assigned offices within the region.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and manage regional performance metrics, including revenue, closing volume, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex escrow issues and serve as an escalation point for clients and internal teams.
- Drive adoption of technology and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new escrow staff.
