Position SummaryAs a PCA (Personal Care Assistant), you will help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while receiving in-home care. You will support daily living activities and provide attentive, patient-centered assistance that makes a meaningful difference in clients’ everyday lives.
This part-time onsite role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, empathetic, and committed to delivering consistent care in a supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and basic grooming needs
Provide companionship and supportive care to promote comfort, engagement, and well-being
Support with light housekeeping tasks related to client care and help maintain a safe, clean environment
Monitor and report changes in client condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner
Follow care plans, service routines, and safety procedures while maintaining client dignity at all times
Experience providing personal care support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities
Ability to reliably work part-time onsite in Latta, SC and maintain consistent attendance
Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and respectful communication
Ability to follow care instructions and safety guidelines while supporting clients with dignity
Willingness to adhere to confidentiality and professional standards in a home care setting
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a caregiving role
Demonstrated ability to support clients with mobility needs and personal care tasks
Familiarity with maintaining a safe environment and recognizing potential concerns early
Comfort working independently while maintaining clear communication with the care team
