Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Earth City, MO. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer leads, conducting product demonstrations, providing tailored security solutions, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and meeting/exceeding sales targets through proactive efforts and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of home security systems and technology is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
- Prior sales experience, particularly in the home security or technology sector, is beneficial
