As a Sales Manager, you will receive hands-on training, provide product knowledge, and on-going mentorship during ramp up. Our Sales Managers are seen and heard!

What You Will Do:
- Interview, train, develop, and lead a team of sales representatives
- Perform coaching and performance conversations
- Collaborate on SBU sales metrics, expectations and monthly goals
- Set team sales targets and track performance against goals
- Partake in Leadership trainings, development and meetings to provide feedback and Insite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales pipeline status
What You Should Have:
- Proven experience in sales management (3 years minimum)
- Goal-centric and metrics-driven
- Technology savvy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
