Job Description:
We’re seeking a Client Security Department Training Supervisor to lead the development, delivery, and documentation of training for contract security personnel at an assigned client site. In this role, you’ll ensure officers are fully trained, compliant, and prepared to meet company standards and the client’s operational, safety, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all training efforts, including onboarding, refresher training, and hands-on instruction in site procedures, access control, patrol, and emergency response.
- Conduct drills, evaluations, and coaching to ensure officer readiness and address performance gaps.
- Maintain all training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with leadership and client contacts to identify training needs based on audits, incidents, and operational changes.
- Support daily security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Conduct inspections, monitor surveillance, and assist with incident response.
- Lead team meetings, communicate updates, and reinforce policies and expectations.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping (training, ID badges, reports) and compliance with all requirements.
- Assist during emergencies and provide leadership, guidance, and corrective action as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary education or formal training experience preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in security operations, supervision, or training roles (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred).
- Experience conducting structured training, orientations, or instructional sessions.
- Working knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, access control, and patrol operations within industrial facilities.
- Ability to work independently at client sites and interact professionally with client stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in scheduling, incident response, and team management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Working Conditions:
- On-site presence at an active facility.
- Flexible scheduling may be required, including nights or weekends, based on training needs and client operations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct field-based training across the facility.
