Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Account Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of an organizational contractual security operation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our client’s people, physical assets, and critical systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in both physical and procedural practices, account management, and contingent staffing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve security strategies, policies, and procedures.
· Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule security personnel.
· Design and implement emergency preparedness plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Manage and monitor security department processes, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
· Respond to and oversee staffing levels and attendance adherence.
· Develop response plans to ensure timely and effective handling of company response plans.
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for compliance and audit purposes.
· Conduct appropriate assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
· Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization through training and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Proven experience in a security management or leadership role.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and evaluate a diverse security team.
· In-depth knowledge of physical security systems, surveillance technologies, and industry principles.
· Experience in risk assessment, project planning, and incident response planning.
· Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex security challenges.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional), CSSM (Certified Security Supervision & Management), or equivalent.
· Experience in account management and business strategy operations.
· Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security is a plus.
