What You’re Accountable for, Day In and Day Out:
- Forklift operation in a dynamic and time-sensitive operation
- Load, unload, and sort electronic assets using layout and labeling protocols
- Keep materials moving. No downtime, no babysitting, no micromanagement
- Monitor for errors in sort, placement, or volume
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow continuity
- Complete real-time adjustments when volume surges or sort logic shifts
- Perform basic forklift inspections and escalate mechanical issues without delay
- Maintain a clean, mapped work zone for seamless handoffs between teams
- Follow SOPs with precision, speed, and accountability
Qualifications:
- 2 years' operating a sit-down propane forklift in a fast-paced setting
- Must be 18 with ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
- Proven ability to self-manage workload and adjust priorities in real time
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Pay & Benefits:
- $19.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience and skillset
- Flexible weekday schedules. No weekends and no mandatory overtime
