Responsibilities

- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, including manual transmission cars, with precision and care.
- Manage the flow of vehicles in parking facilities to prevent congestion and ensure safety.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, demonstrating strong cashiering and retail math skills.
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly.
- Assist guests with directions or inquiries about the facility, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred.
- Strong guest services and customer service skills to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in busy parking environments; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail math, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse guest demographic.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
