- Conduct patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, unauthorized access, or safety violations
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if necessary
- Enforce security policies and manage conflicts professionally to de-escalate tense situations
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents to ensure swift resolution
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies effectively
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
