We are expanding our proven model to Florida and seeking an energetic, high-impact Professional Presenter to be the face of our brand at in-person live seminars across Florida. In this role, you will deliver compelling presentations designed to simplify complex estate planning concepts and inspire audiences to take action.
The ideal candidate is a "master of the room" who can balance professional authority with high-energy salesmanship. Your primary goal is to engage diverse audiences, foster immediate trust, and drive the enrollment of new members into our exclusive estate planning packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Seminar Delivery: Lead engaging, professional presentations for live audiences, utilizing a proven script and high-quality CANVA visuals.
- Sales & Conversion: Persuasively demonstrate the value of our Membership packages and facilitate on-site enrollment for attendees.
- Lead Stewardship: Conduct professional outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads generated at events and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm with the highest level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and "Florida-market" relatability.
- Event Logistics: Manage on-site registration, securely process membership payments/transactions, and maintain accurate attendee data.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the team to review audience feedback and refine presentation delivery for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Public Speaking Excellence: Proven experience in professional speaking, luxury sales, or high-end seminar environments.
- The "Closer" Mentality: Ability to ask for the sale and handle objections with grace and confidence.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on the 55 demographic (the "Retiree" rapport).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CANVA, Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic CRM data entry.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written English skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage in the Florida market.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with regional travel ("On the Road").
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and secure payment handling is a must.
