Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our Springfield team. This role will support a broad range of HR functions, help strengthen our culture, and play a key part in advancing our people strategy as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Oversee employee benefits administration and maintain accurate HR records
- Advise managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
- Support and enhance employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist with performance reviews, training programs, and ongoing employee development
- Handle confidential employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000–$75,000
