You will expertly use digital mapping and navigation tools to plan the most efficient routes, adeptly navigating from city to city—from Anaheim to Irvine, Newport Beach to Santa Ana—to ensure all deliveries are completed within their designated time windows. Your skill in navigating local streets, shortcuts, and traffic patterns is key to our success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Deliver every medical package accurately and within its specified timeframe.
· Proactively communicate if a patient has relocated or is unavailable, facilitating redelivery for the next day.
· Serve as a friendly liaison: communicate any patient concerns or questions regarding their medication back to our office promptly.
· Professionally collect co-pays and securely handle all payments, submitting collected funds the following business day.
· Verify patient identity to ensure the correct individual receives their medication, prioritizing safety and privacy.
· Collect required signatures for delivery confirmation.
· Maintain a consistent delivery pace, with an expected average of 5-9 deliveries per hour.
Qualifications & Skills:
· A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Familiarity with navigating throughout Orange County is essential.
· Prior professional driving and/or delivery experience is preferred.
· Exceptional people skills—friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients.
· High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
· The ability to speak more than one language is a significant plus (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
