- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance and collecting patient information
- Managing patient check-in and check-out
- Assisting with treatment scheduling and financial arrangements
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing exceptional customer service while supporting the clinical team
Qualifications:
