Overview

Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Assembler, where your skills will directly contribute to the creation of high-quality medical equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Solder and assemble mechanical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents to accurately assemble products.
  • Measure parts and assemblies with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure specifications are met.
  • Conduct fabrication tasks including welding and soldering as required for assembly processes.
  • Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to shop safety procedures during manual handling and assembly tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including quality checks and measurements, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years experience with mechanical assembly, hand soldering small components, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawing comprehension.
  • Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well organized.

Education

  • High School diploma or GED

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
