Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Producer, based in MA. The Associate Producer will assist with all stages of podcast production, including planning, researching, editing, and coordinating content. Responsibilities include scheduling guests, managing production logistics, ensuring timely episodes, and collaborating with the hosts and production team to create compelling content. The role also involves maintaining a high production quality, meeting deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance listener engagement.
Qualifications
- 2 Years experience with podcast, audio and video production.
- Willingness to work "baseball hours" - post-game recordings and late night or overnight editing.
- Strong research, content creation, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with digital editing tools, such as Adobe premiere pro, Capcut, and Riverside
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Passion for sports, especially baseball, and familiarity with the Boston Red Sox is highly beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work irregular hours during the baseball season as needed
