We are looking for a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Senior FP&A Analyst supports our Corporate FP&A function and is responsible for preparing and overseeing recurring reporting packages, completing monthly variance analysis of expenses and headcount, supporting the recurring budgeting / forecasting processes, and other ad hoc projects as required. This individual works closely with the finance and accounting teams and leads the monthly close review and variance analysis for the Finance team, as well as for the leadership teams across the company to understand and report results on headcount and expenses monthly to the Executive Team (ELTs), CEO, CFO, and Investors. This individual also enhances the quality and depth of our reporting and streamlines our processes to improve on speed, besides playing an active role and driving the quarterly, annual and long-range forecasting and budgeting processes. While this individual largely focuses on Corporate FP&A matters, the FP&A team is a scaling function within the business which allows this individual to participate in a wide range of projects and responsibilities and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that operational decisions are supported by financial metrics.
This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Scottsdale, Arizona office at least 3-4 days a week.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Responsibilities will include the preparation and oversight of our recurring reporting to the executive team, CEO, Investors, and the Board.
- Supporting FP&A leadership to provide analytical support and ad hoc reporting across all executive functions, including sales, development, service delivery, and G&A support functions.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to review results, identify department and GL coding variances, and prepare variance analysis / explanations for monthly reporting.
- Partner with our People Operations department to track and report on headcount actuals and variances to budget.
- Participate heavily in the annual budget and reforecast process, including project management, engagement with the senior management team, and assessment/presentation of results.
- Participate in the presentation of results to the senior management team.
- Perform various ad hoc analysis as directed by the FP&A leadership.
- Be a resource for analysis and due diligence related to M&A activity.
- Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience including financial forecasting is required.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or investor relations is strongly preferred.
- Current or prior experience in the software technology industry is preferred.
- Experience with forecasting and analyzing across multiple departments and functions is strongly preferred.
- Technical skill set including Salesforce, Power BI, or similar data/visualization tools is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of GAAP.
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power Point.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are key success factors while working with internal customers and stakeholders.
