Security Duties:
Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses
- Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems
- Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Concierge
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 3:00pm- 11:00pm
