About the Role
We’re looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior MSL to join Secretome Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech developing cell-based therapies for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD)-associated cardiomyopathy.
This is an opportunity to step into a foundational, high-impact role—working across the U.S. to engage leading experts in neuromuscular disease and cardiomyopathy, while also partnering internally with our Clinical Development team to help shape how our programs evolve.

What You’ll Do
You’ll build relationships with key opinion leaders across neuromuscular disease and cardiology, leading thoughtful, peer-to-peer scientific exchange around disease biology, emerging therapies, and our clinical programs. You’ll support clinical trial execution by engaging investigators and helping ensure strong site partnerships.
Importantly, this role is not purely field-based. You’ll work closely with our internal Clinical Development and Medical teams, bringing insights from the field directly into discussions around study design, endpoints, and overall strategy. Your perspective will help shape decisions in real time.
You’ll also represent the company at scientific meetings and engage with the broader DMD community, including advocacy organizations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with an advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) and experience in an MSL or similar role. A background in neuromuscular disease, cardiomyopathy, or rare disease is highly relevant.
You should be comfortable engaging in high-level scientific discussions and excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, early-stage biotech environment.
Experience in cell or gene therapy, clinical trials, or familiarity with endpoints like LVEF or functional measures (PUL/NSAA) is a plus.
