Position: Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Location: Tucson, AZ 85757 (In-person)
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collect accurate data on client progress using designated tools and methods
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines
- Provide direct client support, including daily living skills and independence-building
- Assist with assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment goals
Requirements
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with data collection methods
- Understanding of medical documentation practices
- Strong grasp of patient care principles
- Ability to interpret medical terminology and reports
- Experience with children and adolescents is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- RBT certification required (1 year experience preferred)
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (Required)
- Day shift availability required
- Must be able to commute to Tucson, AZ 85757
