What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Route Delivery Driver (200 - 350/Day) position at Secourier?
The Schedule
- Commitment: 3 Days Per Week (Part-Time) Sunday-Tuesday
- Route: Approx. 150 miles per shift
- Start/End Point: Lapeer, MI (Note: Candidates living within 20 mins of Lapeer are highly preferred).
Pay Structure
- $200 per day – Driving the Secourier Company Vehicle (Gas & Insurance covered by us).
- $350 per day – Driving Your Own Cargo Van (Must be a cargo van; no minivans/SUVs) MUST HAVE COMMERICAL INSURANCE.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Smartphone with GPS for routing.
- Reliable transportation to the pickup location in Lapeer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (if applicable).
Vehicle Use Policy (For Company Van Drivers)
- The company vehicle is for business use only. No personal errands.
- Vehicle must be kept clean and smoke-free at all times.
- Driver is responsible for reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

Employment Status: This position is At-Will. Routes and schedules are subject to client demand and contract stipulations. Onboarding and start dates are based on current delivery volume in your area.
Background Checks: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Eligibility for the position is determined by Secourier, LLC's safety standards.
