Description:Responsibilities:Be ready and prepared to work no later than 8:00 AM.(Service Advisors arrive at 7:15 AM; early clock-in and vehicle pull-in are permitted.)Perform basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings using multi-Media tools.(Contributes to NPS, STATURE, and Pinnacle metrics.)Test drive vehicles when required by the nature of the service.Maintain clean and organized work bays.(Recyclable materials may be neatly stacked and set aside.)Accurately clock on and off all labor lines,including inspection and service tasks.Complete all repair order entries clearly, noting service Cause and Correction where applicable.Support the Service Team by promptly returningparts and tools to assigned areas.Qualifications:Valid driver’s license required.Basic automotive knowledge and a desire to learn.Team-oriented, with good communication andcustomer service skills.Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.Report all accidents or safety concerns immediately to a manager or HR.Maintain a professional appearance and organized workstation.Requirements:Performance Expectations:Clock on and off all tasks in DealerTrack (or current DMS) for time tracking and efficiency.Complete all required Subaru of America (SOA) training modules in a timely manner.Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle,regardless of service type.Collaborate respectfully with Parts and Service personnel.Minimize downtime to help maintain shop efficiency.Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance coverage.Optional 401(k) retirement plan.Paid Time Off (PTO) as outlined in the Company Handbook.
