SecondHalf Coach Wealth Management is a financial planning firm seeking a positive, enthusiastic and driven professional to join our client care/service team. This team sets the stage for the client experience by greeting visitors, managing appointments, answering calls and in doing so is tasked with assuring each client interaction begins with an immediate positive impression. They collaboratively serve as an essential bridge between clients and their accounts advocating to ensure their day to day needs and inquiries are addressed by providing technical support, handling administrative changes, executing distributions and contributions and identifying issues that require escalation. This team serves as an ambassador for our team, and an advocate for clients, working to continuously provide clients a level of service that delivers timely outcomes and follow-up to requests in a manner that professionally and personally fosters further trust and meaning in the relationship between our clients and our team.
Responsibilities to include:
· Greeting Clients
· Answering the phone, taking messages and directing calls
· Monitoring and forwarding incoming correspondence
· CRM maintenance and data entry
· Preparing and distributing general mailings
· Preparing for client meetings in coordination with our Wealth Management Team
· Assisting with other duties not listed as they come up
Hours: Monday – Thursday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and Friday (9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) with occasional evenings and/or weekends for events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
