Second Use Building Materials, Seattle’s largest architectural salvage yard, is seeking a full time Yard Team Member to work in our retail store with crossover work in our receiving department.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Second Use is looking for a team member to join the crew in our retail store with crossover work in our receiving department. This position is a fast paced, highly physical role with a focus on managing and processing materials flowing into the store and assisting our customers with questions and loading their purchases.
This role will be scheduled 4 10 hr. shifts, Thursday-Saturday and Monday.
Typical work functions:
-Provide friendly and professional customer service to our customers and suppliers
-Assist customers with finding and loading materials
-Process and Stock incoming material in the store
-Achieve merchandising goals
-Help maintain correct inventory
-Housekeeping and cleaning tasks
-Possible Crossover work in other parts of the business, such as our salvage team and customer service, to help with overall business needs.
An ideal candidate will have these attributes:
-Self-motivated and reliable worker
-Enthusiasm for a safe work environment
-Willing to put in a full day at 100%
-Able/willing to safely lift 75 lbs throughout the day
-Experience with building materials
-Experience with team collaboration
-Weekend availability (mandatory)
