As our Facilities & Maintenance Technician, you will take ownership of keeping our properties, equipment, and shop clean, organized, maintained, and ready for work.
- Maintain company properties (mowing, weed eating, trimming, general upkeep)
- Perform seasonal property work (leaf cleanup, pruning, pressure washing, etc.)
- Assist with shop organization and cleanliness
- Support equipment maintenance (cleaning equipment, basic service tasks, assisting mechanic)
- Complete general facility maintenance and small repair projects
- Keep tools, materials, and workspace organized and efficient
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Basic mechanical knowledge (small engines, tools, or equipment maintenance experience)
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- Clean driving record to be put on our insurance
- Able to pull a trailer, operate string trimmer, and zero turn mower
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
