Job Overview

Duties

• Supervise teaching staff and support their professional development through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and student needs.
• Engage in public speaking engagements to represent the school at community events and meetings.
• Manage school budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support educational goals.
• Foster relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote fundraising initiatives.
• Address student needs by implementing programs that support their academic and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards set by local and state authorities.

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration or senior leadership roles within an educational setting.
• Strong background in strategic planning, classroom management, and curriculum development.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and resource allocation within an educational institution.
• Experience working directly with students, understanding their needs, and advocating for their success.
