Position Description: Project Manager – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.
Location: Doral, FL
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of projects focused on ontology development and knowledge graph integration
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and performance across technical teams
- Coordinate efforts across data engineering, analytics, and geospatial teams
- Oversee development and integration of knowledge graphs and related data models
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and mission requirements
- Manage Agile workflows, sprint planning, and deliverable tracking
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Support DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control processes
- Provide regular status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure quality and consistency across technical deliverables
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
OR 11 (eleven) years of equivalent experience managing complex technical projects - Experience managing projects involving ontology development or knowledge graph technologies
- Strong experience leading technical teams in data, analytics, or geospatial environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control systems
- Working knowledge of tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL or NoSQL, and PostgreSQL
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting geospatial or all source analysis programs
- Experience with ESRI tools such as ArcGIS or ArcPy
- Experience working in federal or regulated environments
- Experience integrating complex data systems or platforms
- Experience managing highly technical, cross functional teams
Certifications:
- Required: None
- Preferred: Project Management Professional PMP, Certified Scrum Master CSM, INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional CSEP
Clearance Requirement:
- Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
