We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Account Executive I to join our growing sales team. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and building relationships-this is a great opportunity to launch (or grow) your sales career in the fast-paced telecommunications industry.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll take ownership of your own territory and customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
- Connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls and inbound leads
- Guiding residential customers through the sales process from first conversation to installation
- Presenting our fiber and wireless services in a clear, compelling way
- Preparing quotes, agreements, and service recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and retain customers over time
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Keeping accurate records of your sales activity and pipeline
You'll also have opportunities to represent the company at community events and build your local network.
We believe in promoting from within. High performers in this role can grow into:
- Account Executive II: Expanding into business customers and more complex sales
- Senior Account Executive: Managing large accounts, negotiating contracts, and working on advanced solutions
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (retail, entry-level sales, or similar) is preferred. Experience in telecommunications sales preferred.
- Confidence communicating with customers and closing deals
- Strong organization and follow-through
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
