Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Westford, MA for the role of Associate Manager - Partnership. The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships, executing partner strategies, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance business growth. Additional responsibilities include monitoring partner performance and identifying new channels for expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and experience in partnership development, client relations, and account management.
• Proficiency in business development strategies, market analysis, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects, collaboration with internal teams, and problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
