Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify top professionals earning $100K–$250K
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and SMS
- Identify and recruit passive candidates for mid-to-senior-level positions
- Evaluate candidates and match them with mission-critical roles
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate preparation with the Managing Director
- Track and manage candidate flow using ATS, CRM, and spreadsheets
- Start with sourcing and grow into managing client relationships
Ideal Candidate
- 3 years in a sale, recruiting, or client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Competitive mindset with strong follow-through
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn or using CRM systems is a plus
