- Lead engaging, results-driven onboarding experiences for new customers
- Conduct regular check-ins and support sessions to drive retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts based on client needs
- Partner with our technical team to resolve advanced support requests
- Plan and host live training webinars to educate and empower users
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused
