RN for Clinical Research Coordinator

SEC Clinical Research (SECCR) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator at our Dothan location. SECCR performs clinical trials under contract with multiple pharmaceutical companies assessing safety and effectiveness of new medications. We are growing and need more help!

Main responsibilities include overseeing the performance of research visits comprised of components specified by each contract/protocol. Typical components include basic clinical assessments, responses to the investigational medicine under study, and assessing for any adverse events. This position also plays a major role in recording visit results, and inputting those results into a variety of cloud based systems provided with each contract.

We would be most interested in candidates with clinical research experience, but we expect that most candidates will require training. Compensation will depend on experience, along with strength of experience and references.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical support staff in the performance of clinical research visits in multiple clinical/disease areas
• Develop expertise in the use of our eSource, eReg, eConsent and CTMS systems
• Maintain contemporaneous and accurate records of visits
• Be a team player

Experience

• As stated, we are not expecting clinical research experience, although that would be a huge plus
• At least 2 yrs clinical RN experience, preferably with competence in IV start and infusion management

Posted hourly pay: 28-36/hr
