What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Recruitment Specialist position at SEC Clinical Research?
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist to join our team of Recruitment Specialists at the SEC Clinical Research (SECCR). The ideal candidate will be trained to evaluate and recruit potential research candidates for multiple clinical trials being performed at SECCR locations.
About SEC Clinical Research (SECCR):
SECCR contracts with pharmaceutical companies developing new medications for a variety of conditions - present focus areas include cardiology, respiratory, women's health, vaccines, pediatrics, obesity/metabolic. We see research subjects in Dothan and Pensacola - our Recruitment Division is located in Andalusia where this position will be based.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Using the criteria specified by the pharmaceutical company sponsoring the trial to identify potential research subjects qualified for the study
2. Using engaging phone skills to contact potential research subjects, inform them about the clinical study, and promote their interest in considering participation in the research trial
3. Accurately and completely entering potential research subject information into the SECCR database
Required Skills and Background:
1. Detail oriented - many aspects of this job require attention to detail
2. Clinical background - We are most interested in an individual with CCMA or LPN.
3. At least 2 years of clinical experience.
4. Excellent telephone skills
CLINICAL RESEARCH EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
Compensation
We will pay competitive rates. A wide pay range was quoted to account for different clinical certifications and clinical experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
