Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry and finish carpentry work
- Install cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other finish materials
- Assist with flooring, tile installation, drywall repairs, and painting tasks
- Complete punch-list items and project touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work closely with project managers and fellow team members to achieve project goals
- Identify and solve job-site challenges while maintaining quality standards
- Protect clients' homes and belongings throughout the remodeling process
- Represent Sebring professionally when interacting with clients and trade partners
Qualifications
- Experience in residential carpentry and finish carpentry
- Experience installing cabinetry and millwork
- Familiarity with flooring, tile, drywall, and painting work
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for company vehicle use
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions while also working independently
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
