Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring member satisfaction during each interaction.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform mechanical inspections and basic automotive diagnostics on vehicles.
- Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
- Manage conflicts effectively to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Strong skills in conflict management and customer service.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues on-site.
- Previous experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
