Key Responsibilities:
- Report daily to the Raritan, NJ office to receive schedules, team assignments, and equipment updates.
- Travel to job sites throughout the five boroughs to oversee and support laundry room installations.
- Act as the on-site company representative, ensuring a professional, efficient, and high-quality installation process.
- Work closely with installation crews to troubleshoot issues, maintain timelines, and confirm compliance with company standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property managers, building superintendents, and site contacts.
- Conduct walkthroughs and provide real-time updates and feedback to the operations team.
- Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field operations, logistics, or project management (preferred in construction, appliance installation, or property services).
- Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems on-site, and remain professional under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating NYC and managing schedules across multiple locations.
- Ability to lift equipment and assist the installation team as needed.
- Must be available for early morning departures and occasional overtime as required.
