Sebanda Insurance is hiring an in-office Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Davie, FL location.
We are looking for a bilingual, organized, and customer-focused team member to support our producers and manage client accounts in both personal and commercial lines.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients by phone, email, and in-person
- Provide policy updates, payments, ID cards, COIs & endorsements
- Manage agency inbox and route requests to the correct team
- Follow up on missing documents, cancellations & reinstatements
- Upload documents and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support producers with workflows, renewals, and underwriting tasks
- Coordinate with carriers for endorsements and policy changes
- Keep daily office workflow organized and on schedule
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking
- Must work in-office Monday–Friday in Davie, FL
Preferred (Not Required)
- Insurance agency experience
- Familiarity with COIs, endorsements, cancellations
- Experience using CRM/AMS systems
