Custodian (Back Areas)

Position Summary: The Custodian will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of our ambassador restrooms throughout the park and will maintain them in accordance to park standards and procedures regularly checking on them. What you Get to Do: Maintain the overall cleanliness of park bathrooms to including surfaces, floors, and restroom areas within designated area. Enhance guest experience by actively helping Guests with any Questions or Requests. Responsible for restocking restroom supplies as needed. Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities Notify leadership of any supplies needed Positively engage Guests and answer any questions or address any concerns raised in a friendly and professional manner. Will also monitor and respond to inappropriate guest behavior to include enforcing rules and restrictions, regulating guests’ actions, and reporting issues to management and security. Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Assist Park Area Ambassadors with other custodial duties when coverage or support is needed.
