Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, including transportation or dining reservations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
