Job Overview
Looking for long-term stability with a company that's growing? We're looking for a dedicated, experienced construction technician to join our seawall construction team, working projects from start to finish. You'll fit right in if you understand the construction process (especially concrete forming), know your way around dock building, have at least 3 years of rough carpentry experience, and have solid handyman skills. You'll need your own vehicle or reliable transportation, and above all, you're organized, punctual, a team player, and a quick problem-solver. Fluent English required.
We promote from within, the right candidate has a real shot at being groomed for a foreman position as they grow with us. Bilingual/Spanglish and mechanical experience are a plus.
Duties
Handle day-to-day operations on seawall repair job sites across Florida, from the Keys up through SW Florida, keeping projects on schedule. Comfortable with rough carpentry, concrete placement/finishing, and hand and power tools. Dock building and seawall construction/repair experience is a big plus. Keep ownership in the loop on material needs and current stock. Basic blueprint reading skills. Know your OSHA safety basics and help keep the job site safe for everyone. Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without missing a beat.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
