What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Technologist position at Seaview Orthopaedic and Medical Associates?
Looking for an individual that is a fast learner, can multi-task and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will be working hand in hand with the physicians providing exceptional care out patients. Not only does this position include performing x-rays, technicians will also be operating the C-arm and ultrasound equipment assisting the physicians with injections or aspirations. Salary based on experience. Positions available in Ocean County, Monmouth County and East Brunswick.
Seaview Orthopaedics also provides on the job training as other responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients, collection of demographics and preparing patient for visit
- Removal and application splints, casts, dressings, staples and sutures
- General wound care, sterile procedures, and taking vitals
- Demonstration of exercise
- Preparing charts, coding of procedures,
- Pre-op patients, collect urine samples for drug screenings.
Work/ Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- Certified by the ARRT
- Valid NJ X-Ray License
- CPHR Certified
- eClinical Works a PLUS
This positions requires some traveling between office locations.
