We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient workspace, supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily office activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
- Managing schedules to assure proper coverage
- Manage time cards for payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation for staff in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain filing systems—both physical and electronic—and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, visitor management, and general reception duties.
- Responsible for patient concerns, physician needs, and communication between departments
- Support training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing team skills and operational knowledge.
- Ensure staff have exceptional customer service skills and professional communication
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Background in medical office management or similar environments is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills
- eClinicalWorks experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
