What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA Personal Care Assistant/HHA PART TIME position at Seaview Manor Assisted Living?
*This role involves cluster care. You will not just have one resident to take care of.
*Schedule will be Saturday 3PM-11PM and Sunday 3PM-11PM
Fill-ins as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Bringing residents' laundry down to the laundry room and returning it to their room and putting it away for them
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate RN supervisor
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by RN supervisor
Requirements:
-Current and unrestricted HHA license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay: $19.65 per hour
