Summary
The Bar Porter is responsible primarily for ensuring the bars are fully stocked. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.
This person will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the Bar is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and preparations for mixed beverages
- This role requires stocking glassware, ensuring cleanliness and dishwashing
- This role assists bartenders and servers with the guest experience by refilling waters, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Completing assigned side-work to set team up for success, including restocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Strong guest service orientation and team player mentality in a fast-paced environment
